A list of resources for editing digital media follows below. If you don't have your own computer, find out if your town has a community media center, public access tv station, or college radio station. At these places you can access powerful editing tools for free or for a small membership fee. Also keep in mind that analog tools like 4-track recorders can be purchased from on-line auction sites for much cheaper than software, and they still make great recordings.
